Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead data initiatives for a large public sector organization in Bruxelles, Belgium. You will design data-centric architectures, govern data governance, analytics, and MDM, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and guide implementation while maintaining 50% on-site presence in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in public or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data management, MDM, and Azure data services.
• Familiarity with ArchiMate, TOGAF, and architecture tools (Visual Paradigm is a plus).
• Effective communicator with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise data initiatives within a large public sector organization. You’ll work closely with enterprise architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver robust, compliant, and scalable data architecture solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.

Design and document data-centric solution architectures (data governance, analytics, MDM, DataMesh, etc.).

Align proposed solutions with enterprise architecture standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-level and detailed technical designs.

Guide project teams throughout implementation and ensure architectural compliance.

Contribute to architecture governance with a focus on data, application, and technology layers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (5+ years), ideally in the public or financial sector.
  

Strong knowledge of enterprise data management, MDM, and Azure cloud technologies (e.g., Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks).

Familiarity with ArchiMate, TOGAF, and architecture tools (Visual Paradigm is a plus).

Effective communicator with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Trilingual: French, Dutch, and English (technical documentation in English).

On-site presence required at least 50% of the time (Monday–Friday, standard hours). Brussels
