Argenta is seeking a Data Analyst to gather and define data needs, shaping the data strategy and vision to support future initiatives. You will analyze and translate business needs into actionable dashboards and reports for management.

You will research solutions, build precomputed data marts for rapid reporting, and contribute to data science projects, fostering a proactive data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant role.
• Bridge between business and data, translating needs into reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL or similar tools.
• Interest in Databricks and AI tools.
• Comfortable with data science projects and analytical work.

• Research and develop solutions that provide management with useful data for more informed, data-driven decisions.
• Build simplified, precomputed data marts that give the business quick access to high-quality data and analysis, speeding up reporting.
• Contribute to engaging data science initiatives as a Data Analyst.
• Promote a proactive data-driven culture to strengthen Argenta's operations strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant role.
• Comfortable acting as a bridge between business and data, translating business partners’ needs into reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL or similar tools.
• Interest in Databricks and AI tools.
• Comfortable working on projects involving data science.
