Church International Limited is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a strategic Cash Management / Transaction Banking project in Brussels. The role focuses on data preparation, analysis and transformation, with close collaboration across business, IT and analytics teams.

Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, tooling with Dataiku, Alteryx and Tableau, resolving data quality issues and delivering actionable insights for international stakeholders in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in data projects.
• Hands-on experience with Dataiku.
• Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, structured and autonomous approach.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Experience in Payments, Treasury or Transaction Banking is a strong advantage.
• English and French mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

We are currently looking for an Senior Data Analyst to join a strategic Cash Management / Transaction Banking project within a leading international banking environment in Brussels.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data providers, Data & Analytics teams and IT, with a strong focus on data preparation, analysis and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Building and optimising ETL/data pipelines
• Working hands-on with Dataiku and existing Alteryx workflows
• Preparing and migrating data flows to the new environment
• Investigating and resolving data quality issues
• Answering business questions through data analysis
• Challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Payments, Treasury, Cash Management or Transaction Banking is a strong advantage.
