Movify, a Belgium-based consultancy, is seeking a data analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You will design dashboards, define KPIs with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across pipelines using Python or R and SQL. Fluent in French/Dutch and English, you will collaborate across teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data cleansing, preparation, and validation.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization

Skills & qualifications

• Fluent in French / Dutch AND English
• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
