Sopra Steria is seeking an Enterprise Architect specialized in Data & AI to shape and govern our enterprise-wide data and AI landscapes. You will define the architecture vision for data, analytics, AI, and Generative AI, ensuring scalable, secure, and well-governed platforms aligned with business priorities.

You will bridge business strategy with architecture, guiding data engineering, analytics, and AI teams, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or comparable technical leadership roles, with strong exposure to Data & AI.
• Proven experience designing or governing large-scale data platforms, such as data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, or equivalent modern data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and architecture approaches (dimensional modelling, Data Vault, data mesh, data fabric).
• Good understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle including model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the enterprise Data & AI architecture vision and roadmaps.
• Establish and promote standards for data modelling, governance, metadata management, and data quality.
• Design and validate architectures for data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, streaming) across cloud/hybrid/on-prem.
• Define architecture patterns for AI/ML, including MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, integration with data platforms.
• Define scalable architecture patterns for Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (RAG, model access, governance).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into Data & AI capabilities and roadmaps.
• Guide teams on architecture decisions and promote alignment with standards and design principles.
• Assess technologies and vendors across cloud, data, AI, and ML, balancing value, fit and security.
