Keystone Solutions recherche un Chef de Projet Cybersécurité pour une mission de conseil sur site client. Vous piloterez des projets visant à renforcer la sécurité opérationnelle des systèmes d'information et travaillerez avec des équipes techniques et métiers.

Vous définirez le périmètre, gérerez les risques et assurerez le reporting. Une expérience en SOC, IAM, gestion des risques et une forte capacité d’analyse sont attendues.

Qualifications

• Capacité de coordination et leadership transversal.
• Connaissances en cybersécurité (NIS2/ISO27001).
• Expérience en cybersécurité infra (IAM/SOC/HSM).
• Gestion de projets IT/cyber et gestion des fournisseurs.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la livraison des projets en respectant délais et qualité.
• Gérer les risques, budgets et dépendances des projets.
• Coordonner les réunions de pilotage et les échanges avec les parties prenantes.
• Contribuer à des projets de sécurité opérationnelle et d’architecture.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity strategy by managing projects aimed at enhancing the operational security of information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Manage cybersecurity projects.
• Oversee the complete management of assigned projects, from study to production.
• Define scope, objectives, planning, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks.
• Provide reporting to governance bodies and sponsors.
• Organize and facilitate working meetings, steering committees, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational security projects.

You will primarily work on projects such as:

• Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Vulnerability Management
• Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM)
• Infrastructure and Network Protection
• Detection and Monitoring Solutions
• Workstation and Server Protection
• Secret and Certificate Management
• Resilience, Continuity, and Recovery of Activities
• Securing Cloud and Hybrid Environments

The projects assigned may cover both strategic studies and operational deployments of security solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with technical teams, business units, and suppliers. Facilitate decision-making and arbitration between business needs, technical constraints, and security requirements. Ensure proper coordination among all parties involved in the projects.

Profile Required:

• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing IT or cybersecurity projects. Risk, budget, planning, and dependency management. Ability to synthesize and report. Mastery of traditional and/or agile project management methods.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and architectures. Knowledge in areas such as SOC, SIEM, IAM, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response. Ability to effectively communicate with technical experts and suppliers.
• Personal Qualities: Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills. Organizational skills and prioritization. Analytical mindset and solution orientation. Autonomy and proactivity.

While deep expertise across all cyber domains is not required, a strong ability to manage complex technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and understand the operational challenges of cybersecurity is essential.

Evaluation Method:

Remaining candidates will be invited for an interview before a jury, the composition of which will be communicated later. The interview may take place remotely if circumstances require it. On-site selection interviews will occur within 1 to 2 weeks following the offer submission date, at times set by the client. Candidate unavailability for the interview will result in exclusion.
