EKXEL IT Services & Financial Engineering in Brussels seeks a Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager to lead a dedicated team. You will oversee the complete incident lifecycle from detection through remediation and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a strong security posture.

Ideal candidates have extensive incident handling experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English; French is a plus. CISSP/CISM/CISA and a relevant degree are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of hacking methods, security tools, and forensic techniques.
• Strong leadership to manage a team and communicate with executives.
• Ability to analyze complex security events and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience in IT security projects and incident management.
• Professional certifications CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead incident response team and manage end-to-end investigations.
• Develop and coordinate incident response plans and playbooks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and CERT-EU when needed.
• Perform post-incident analysis and drive security improvements.
• Provide expert advisory on cybersecurity risks and mitigations.
