Hive-X is looking for a professional in Brussels to carry out an analysis of context and maturity while defining a comprehensive awareness strategy over 12 to 24 months. The role involves designing phishing campaigns and contributing to the internal communication plan.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have technical expertise in Cyber Security, Change Management, and relevant frameworks like ISO27001.

• Provide a transfer of skills for autonomy in campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out an analysis of the context and maturity based on an initial analysis carried out.
• Define a comprehensive awareness strategy (12 to 24 months).
• Design a catalog of phishing campaigns (scenarios, difficulty levels, target audiences).
• Contribute to the multi-channel internal communication plan, in partnership with the stakeholders concerned (CSO, internal Comm, etc.)
• Define KPIs, maturity indicators and associated dashboards.
• Provide a transfer of skills to guarantee the autonomy of STIB in the future management of campaigns.
• Ensure end-to-end campaigns – study, implementation and configuration, collection and analysis of results.
