Vector Synergy in Brussels seeks an experienced Exercise Planner to drive NATO cyber exercise planning, execution, and post-execution deliverables. You will liaise with NATO entities and partners across all phases of preparation and execution.

The role emphasizes leveraging best cybersecurity practices, developing reusable artefacts, and creating efficient, converged exercise scenarios to enhance defense readiness.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of planning and conducting exercises, ideally in a large organization.
• Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop planning, execution and post-execution deliverables (calling notices, EXSPEC, handbooks, storylines, reports).
• Coordinate with NATO entities and allies across planning and execution phases.
• Support efficiency through converged exercise scenarios and reusable artefacts.
