We are looking for a passionate and meticulous Customs Declarant to manage and monitor the customs formalities for our clients' imported and exported goods. This position offers an excellent opportunity to actively participate in managing customs operations while adhering to local and international standards.

Main responsibilities:

Management of Customs Formalities:

• Prepare and submit customs declarations for the import and export of goods for our clients.
• Ensure compliance of customs documents with current regulations.
• Calculate and ensure the payment of customs duties and taxes.

Monitoring of Customs Operations:

• Follow up on customs operations and coordinate with customs services.
• Handle customs disputes or issues in cooperation with the relevant authorities.

Documentation and Archiving:

• Prepare, check, and archive all documents required for customs operations (invoices, certificates of origin, transport documents, etc.).
• Update customs files and internal databases.

Advice and Support:

• Advise our clients on customs matters and applicable regulations.
• Train clients on customs procedures.

Regulatory Monitoring:

• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and international trade agreements.
• Adjust company procedures based on changes in regulations.
• Work closely with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, sales, accounting) to ensure proper handling of customs operations.
• Cooperate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities.
