Synergie Diegem is seeking a meticulous Customs Brokerage Agent to deliver superior global logistics and trade compliance services. You will help clients navigate complex regulations and ensure timely shipments.

You will manage customs entry data, transfer declarations from documents, track and trace files across air, ocean and truck modes, and assist with client billing and desk procedures. The role requires strict adherence to regulations and the ability to interpret operating procedures to

Qualifications

• Experience with customs documentation and procedures.
• Proven ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Experience tracking shipments across air, ocean and road modes.
• Comfort with preparing and reviewing client billing and invoices.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply process operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Accurate data entry into our operations system.
• Track and trace custom files and reporting.
• Key all air, ocean and truck files per KPI and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Understand and apply the import/export Desk Level Operating Procedures.
• Transfer customs declaration information into the customs entry system.
• Assist with verification of customs declaration information.
• Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.

Are you detail-oriented with a strong understanding of international trade and customs regulations?

As a Customs Brokerage Agent, you are someone who can provide superior global logistics and trade compliance services to our clients.

Your expertise will help clients navigate complex regulations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Customs Brokerage Agent:

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Custom files and reporting
• Key all air, ocean and truck files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing
• Understand all the elements of the import and export customs Desk Level Operating Procedure and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customers instructions and expectations
• Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Assist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authority
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
