  • Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escape issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively, whether it's logistics, finance or production teams.
  • Track customer interactions and prepare reports for management.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for Customer Service Officer (Part-Time Position) at our client would have the following skills:

  • Educational background in business, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
