ASCO Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead and coordinate project teams during start‑up and production implementation of new customer projects. You will drive cost, quality and on‑time delivery by aligning engineering, industrialization, procurement, operations and commercial functions.

The role requires a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent, fluent English plus French or Dutch, and at least 3 years in a similar industry.

• Define and approve project scope, timing and budget.
• Define Work Breakdown Structure of the project.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Ensure development of stable and reliable production processes.
• Act as central contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Align departments with project objectives and report status using metrics.
• Apply ASCO processes and risk management to the project.
• Propose improvements to achieve objectives like EBIT and lead time.

Description du poste

For our Belgian plantwe are looking for a Customer Project Manager.

He/she willlead, organize and coordinate specific ASCO project team(s) in the start-up and production implementation of the new products projects (customer projects) assigned to him/her, in order to achieve the agreed objectives of cost, quality and on time delivery for both internal and external customers

Responsabilities :

• Define and request approval for the project scope (Timing and Budget RC/NRC) based on information received from Program Management or Commercial responsibles
• Define Work Breakdown Structure of the project
• Lead, coordinate and follow-up the project teams for the assigned projects in order to accomplish the defined short- and long-term objectives (cost, quality, on time delivery) of these projects in close collaboration with all involved ASCO departments (Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality…)
• Lead his/her project(s) to ensure the development of stable and reliable production processes
• Be central point of contact concerning his/her projects for all internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance and optimize communication
• Align the involved departments with regards to the project objectives
• Report on regular basis on the status and progress of the assigned projects using the appropriate tools and metrics

Profile, expertise and experience :

Education: Master degree in engineering or equivalent by experience

Languages: Fluent in English and French or Dutch
