A leading IT solutions provider seeks a Customer Experience Engineer in Ronse, Belgium. This role involves solving technical problems for customers, requiring strong analytical and technical skills. Must have native Dutch or French, a good level in the other language, and excellent English. Responsibilities include answering user queries, handling technical issues, and improving processes. As a Customer Experience Engineer, your mission is to use your analytical and technical skills to identify and understand specific customer needs.
You will be responsible for solving end-user technical problems. Customer contact and technical problem solving are an important part of your daily work. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will be part of our Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team.
