An international organization in Belgium is looking for an experienced manager to oversee the NATO Cyber Security Centre's cyber threat intelligence tools. The role entails user lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. Essential qualifications include ITIL experience in user management and proficiency in English at NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3. Candidates with experience in cyber threat intelligence tools will be preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical services used across NATO.

Qualifications

• Experience in user management support IT Service Delivery (ITIL).
• Language proficiency in English meeting NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3.
• Previous experience using Cyber Threat Intelligence tools is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a master list of all users and stakeholders.
• Design and manage user management processes with strict SLAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between feed vendors and NATO-wide users.
• Produce Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports on user metrics.
