Robert Half is op dit moment op zoek naar een Credit Insurance Specialist (M/F/X) voor een groeiend familiaal Belgisch bedrijf met internationale activiteiten, gevestigd in Antwerpen. Je beheert de kredietverzekeringspolissen, behandelt kredietlimietaanvragen en communiceert met traders en administratie.

Je registreert verzekeringsbeslissingen in interne systemen, volgt openstaande facturen, en bereidt maandenverklaringen en claims voor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in financiën, economie of een verwant vakgebied.
• Ervaring in kredietverzekering of een soortgelijke financiële rol.
• Sterke inzichten in risicobeoordeling en commerciële kredietanalyse.
• In staat financiële informatie en bedrijfsrapporten te interpreteren en te analyseren.
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd werken en eigenaarschap tonen.
• Goede communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Goede Excel-vaardigheden.

Responsabilités

• Beheer de kredietverzekeringspolissen van de groep op dagelijkse basis.
• Behandel kredietlimiet-aanvragen en bespreek beslissingen met traders, commerciële teams en administratie.
• Zorg voor correcte registratie en follow-up van verzekeringsbeslissingen in interne systemen.
• Volg achterstallige facturen en meld uitstaande bedragen aan verzekeraars.
• Beheer verlengingsverzoeken en rapporteer de status.
• Draag zorg voor klantrisico controle en naleving van goedgekeurde kredietlimieten.
• Bereid maandelijkse verklaringen en achterstalligheidsverklaringen voor aan verzekeraars.
• Maak complete en correcte schadeclaims dossiers.
• Beheer enkele risico-aanvragen en bereidt gestructureerde company write-ups voor aan verzekeraars.
• Zorg dat standaard operation procedures consistent worden toegepast.

Robert Half is currently recruiting a Credit Insurance Specialist (M/F/X)

Our client is a growing Belgian family-owned business with international activities.

The scope of responsibilities for this role as Credit Insurance Specialist (M/F/X) include:

• You manage the group's credit insurance policies on a day-to-day basis.
• You handle credit limit applications, challenge limit decisions where needed, and communicate outcomes to traders, commercial teams, and administration.
• You ensure the correct registration and follow-up of insurance-related decisions in the internal systems.
• You monitor due invoices and notify insurers of overdue invoices in a timely manner.
• You manage extension requests and provide clear reporting on their status.
• You monitor customer exposure and ensure that approved credit limits are not exceeded.
• You prepare and submit monthly declarations and overdue declarations to insurers.
• You prepare complete and accurate claims files.
• You manage single risk applications and prepare structured company write-ups for presentations to insurers.
• You ensure that standard operating procedures are applied consistently at all times

The requested qualifications for this role include:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• You bring experience in credit insurance or in a similar financial role.
• You have strong insight into risk analysis and commercial credit assessment.
• You are able to interpret and analyze financial information and company reports.
• You work accurately, in a structured way, and enjoy taking ownership.
• You communicate confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a good command of Dutch and English.
• You are comfortable working with Excel.
