Job summary

Socialsky in Antwerp is seeking a creative content professional. You will produce, edit and publish engaging content for Belgian and international brands across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You’ll engage with communities, shape brand voice, and turn feedback into fresh ideas.

You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager and studio team, staying on trend and delivering timely posts while growing your portfolio and opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation or community management; portfolio matters more than a degree.
• Fluent writer who can switch tone from playful to serious.
• Native Dutch, comfortable in English; French is a plus.
• Based in Belgium with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot and edit content for Belgian and international brands on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
• Master formats: face-cam, street interviews, trends, UGC-style videos and know what works.
• Edit quickly in CapCut or platform-native tools.
• Write captions and hooks matching each brand’s voice.
• Manage client communities: reply to comments/DMs, moderate and give the brand a human voice.
• Turn community feedback into insights and new content ideas.
• Spot trends and act within 48 hours; schedule content and maintain the editorial calendar.
• Be versatile on shoots and in front of or behind the camera.
• Analyze post-performance and adjust future content.

Creating content seen by millions of people every month, for well-known Belgian and international brands. We help our clients strengthen their presence through strategic advice and creative content.

The job

At socialsky, the Creative has one foot in creation and the other in community. You come up with and produce content, bring our clients' channels to life and turn every reaction into an idea for the next post.

You work hand in hand with the Social Media Manager, the Digital Account Manager and the studio team to create content that's native, fast and performs.

What we expect from you

• Come up with, shoot and edit content for Belgian and international brands on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more
• Master every format: face-cam, street interviews, trends, UGC-style videos… and know which one works, and why
• Edit quickly and smoothly in CapCut or with the platforms' native tools
• Write captions that match each brand's tone of voice, and hooks that stop the scroll
• Manage our clients' communities: reply to comments and DMs, moderate when needed and give the brand a human voice
• Turn what the community says into insights, and those insights into new content ideas
• Stay on top of trends and instantly spot the ones a brand can jump on. Live within 48 hours? That's the norm here
• Schedule content, keep the editorial calendar up to date and make sure everything goes live on time
• Dig into the numbers after posting: what worked, what can be better, and what we'll do differently next time
• Be versatile on shoots, behind and in front of the camera

About You

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation and/or community management, at an agency, a brand or on your own channels. Your portfolio matters more than your degree
• You live on TikTok, Reels and Shorts: you see what's trending and understand why it works
• Comfortable in front of the camera and at home in CapCut
• A fluent, error-free writer who switches tone of voice with ease: playful today, serious tomorrow
• A real feel for community: you know how to spark a conversation and turn a negative comment around
• Creative AND organised: ideas keep coming, and deadlines are met
• Proactive: you suggest before anyone asks
• At ease using AI to optimise your work
• Native Dutch speaker, comfortable in English, French is a plus
• Based in Belgium with a valid driver's licence
