DPS Group Global in Belgium is seeking several Commissioning & Qualification / CQV Engineers to support pharmaceutical investment projects, guiding testing through commissioning, qualification, start-up and handover. You will prepare and execute CQV activities, develop CQV documentation, and support FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ, while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Validation and Operations.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Life Sciences, has CQV/validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or another relevant technical discipline.
- Experience in Commissioning, Qualification, Validation or CQV.
- Previous experience within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements.
- Experience with equipment and/or utility qualification is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willing to work approximately 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Geel.
Responsabilités
- Prepare and execute commissioning and qualification activities
- Develop and/or review commissioning and qualification documentation
- Support and execute FAT and SAT activities
- Prepare, execute and follow up IQ/OQ and related qualification activities
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Validation and Operations
- Identify and follow up deviations, punch-list items and technical issues
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability and GMP compliance
- Support system and equipment start-up
- Coordinate final handover to Operations
