IQVIA is seeking a CPM Line Manager to lead a group of Clinical Project Managers within the cFSP model. You will provide coaching, performance management, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery of global studies and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership development, onboarding of new CPMs, and collaboration with client teams to meet quality and timelines. Prior experience in sponsor-dedicated/FSP environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience leading global studies in sponsor-dedicated/FSP or CRO environment.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated line management, leadership, coaching, and oversight to the CPM team within the cFSP model.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, set performance expectations, and support career development for direct reports.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster leadership and longer-term growth.
• Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new CPMs into the cFSP model.
• Review competency assessments and development plans for direct reports.
• Monitor team performance, engagement, workload, and training needs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on feedback.
• Ensure CPMs follow client-led work packages, communication, escalation, and standards.
• Ensure work complies with processes, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, succession planning, and backfill activities.
• Produce and present team status reports and operational updates for leadership.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning for CPMs.
• Act as escalation point for team challenges and guide on people-related issues.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.
