IQVIA is seeking a CPM Line Manager to lead a group of Clinical Project Managers within the cFSP model. The role focuses on dedicated line management, coaching, and ensuring high-quality study delivery through strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research, with at least 3 years in leadership, and proven ability to mentor teams, manage resources, and drive project success in global studies within sponsor-dedicated/FSP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience with minimum 3 years in leadership.
• Experience delivering global studies.
• Experience in sponsor-dedicated/FSP model, CRO, or large pharmaceutical environment.
• Leadership experience via mentoring, coaching, or study team oversight.

Responsabilités

• Provide line management, leadership, and oversight to an assigned CPM team within the cFSP model.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide coaching, and oversee performance and career development.
• Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new CPMs into the cFSP model.
• Complete competency assessments and development plans with direct reports.
• Monitor team performance, workload, training completion, and development needs.
• Produce and present team status reports and resource summaries for leadership.
