ECOVIS ACTA Consult seeks a Legal Counsel for the Leuven office to advise local and international clients on corporate and association law, from incorporation to liquidation, coordinating the entire legal process with the responsible partner.

You will interact with notaries, auditors and government authorities, prepare minutes and official publications, and ensure compliance with legal obligations such as UBO registration. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interest in corporate and association law; accurate and independent work.
• Good organizational skills and clear communication.
• Preferably several years of experience in corporate law and fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Advise local and international clients on legal aspects from incorporation to liquidation.
• Coordinate the entire legal process with clients and firm partners.
• Maintain frequent contact with notaries, auditors and government authorities.
• Prepare minutes, reports and publications for the Belgian Official Gazette and ensure compliance with legal obligations (e.g. UBO registration).
