BBC, a Belgium-based creative business agency, is seeking a Copy Lead to bridge high-impact writing with creative direction and to orchestrate in- and out-house talent. You will lead narratives for complex B2B brands, set standards, and guide a network of writers and freelancers.

You’ll partner with Client Managers to optimize briefs and workflows across accounts. You bring 5–7 years in copywriting, strong English, good Dutch, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of copywriting experience in a B2B agency or technical setting.
• University degree in Communications, Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Native-level English writing; strong Dutch is a plus.
• Practical with ability to guide and uplift teammates.

Responsabilités

• Lead the narrative for ambitious B2B brands and craft sharp copy for various formats.
• Set the standard by guiding writers and providing constructive feedback.
• Assess briefs with Client Managers to decide on in-house vs freelance work.
• Oversee copy workflow across all accounts and manage external specialists.
