Salt is seeking a Conversational AI Content Designer for a freelance/contract role in Brussels. The role combines content design, conversational UX and Generative AI to craft chatbot interactions and AI-powered services.

Hybrid work requires 2 days on site in Brussels, with collaboration across UX/UI, AI/LLM, developers and product stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in content and conversation design for digital products, chatbots or AI-enabled services, and is fluent in

Qualifications

• Commercial experience designing content and conversations for digital products
• Experience with chatbots or AI-enabled services
• Ability to work in English plus French or Dutch

Responsabilités

• Design chatbot conversations, dialogue flows and conversational journeys
• Define and maintain tone of voice, response patterns and conversational content
• Translate complex business and user requirements into simple, intuitive conversations
• Develop and maintain conversation flows, intents, datasets and content structures
• Work with AI/LLM teams on prompts, generated responses and conversational behaviour
• Analyse user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve experiences
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing and A/B testing
• Apply conversational UX, accessibility and information architecture principles
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, Product, Engineering and AI specialists
• Produce clear documentation for conversation designs, content decisions and handover
• Consider GDPR, AI ethics, security and accessibility when designing AI interactions
