A leading global consumer goods company is seeking a Content & Social Media Specialist in Brussels. The role includes managing e-commerce content, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and planning social media campaigns. Candidates should demonstrate strong project management skills and effective communication abilities, preferably with knowledge of content management systems and graphic design tools. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing team, with an emphasis on innovation and personal growth.
As the Content & Social Media Specialist Belgium, you will be part of the Benelux Digital Marketing Team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager Benelux. In a nutshell, you are responsible for managing and optimizing onsite and e‑commerce content, overseeing campaign and website enhancements, and coordinating both organic and paid social media as well as performance marketing activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency, drive digital innovation, and deliver engaging experiences for our audience across multiple channels.
You have a passion for growth and efficiency using data and insights. You can think in a creative and commercial way while understanding analytics and dashboarding. By doing this you can connect business goals with technology and data development.
In addition, you bring strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You are adept at writing and editing compelling content tailored for diverse platforms and have a keen understanding of SEO best practices and social media trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as is proficiency in relevant marketing tools and platforms. Experience with content management systems (CMS), basic graphic design, and video editing is a plus. You are proactive, adaptable and eager to continuously learn and stay ahead in the ever‑evolving digital landscape.
