What you’ll do:

• Tell our story: Create compelling content for our website, campaigns, newsletters, social media and employer branding initiatives.
• Translate innovation into stories: Work closely with innovation experts, engineers and business leaders to turn complex projects into clear, engaging and persuasive content.
• Set the bar for copywriting: Use your exceptional writing skills to ensure every piece of communication reflects our brand consistently and creatively.
• Optimize the journey: Build campaigns, monitor performance, optimize content, and turn data insights into actions to improve engagement and reach.

What you bring:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital and content marketing.
• Skills: A proven track record in copywriting, creative thinking and end-to-end project execution.
• Tools: Experience with Adobe Suite, comfortable with SEO/SEA, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a big plus).
• Languages: Fluent in English to thrive in an international setting. Dutch is a plus.
