Your mission:

As our Content Manager & team leader, you will be responsible for the company’s overall content strategy and lead our team of in-house and freelance Content Creators.

Your main goal? Ensure impactful, consistent, and brand-aligned content across all our communication channels.

Your responsibilities:
  • Define and lead our content strategy in alignment with the Brand & Communication vision
  • Supervise, support, and grow the Content Creators team
  • Plan and coordinate the production of content (articles, social media, videos, infographics…)
  • Proofread, review and ensure quality and consistency across all content
  • Manage the global editorial calendar
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Legal teams and external partners
  • Optimize content for SEO and track performance using clear KPIs
  • Support the team with copywriting and translation during busy periods
  • Manage freelance workflows (briefings, validation, invoicing)
Your team:

You’ll be part of the Brand & Communication department, reporting directly to Diane, our Chief of Brand & Communication.

You’ll work hand in hand with the Content Creators and collaborate closely with various departments to maximize our communication impact.

Your profile :
  • You’re a natural leader, with a strong feel for tone of voice and brand image
  • You combine structure, strategic vision, and excellent writing skills
  • You master SEO, social media dynamics and content management tools
  • You’re rigorous, creative, results-driven, and able to rally a team around you
  • You’re fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • You have at least 4–5 years of experience in editorial communication or content marketing, including at least one leadership or coordination role
  • Experience in the digital or entertainment industry is a definite asset
