Clutch is seeking a Content Delivery Manager (Dutch native) to lead its content factory for a major multinational client in the Benelux market. You will own the end-to-end process, coordinating a small team of designers and content specialists to deliver high-quality localized content on time.

This client-facing role requires strong project management, excellent client communication, and a solid understanding of localization workflows. Remote work is supported within the Benelux region.

Qualificações

• Dutch native speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, client servicing or content production.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle client communication under pressure.
• Solid understanding of content workflows, especially content adaptation and localization.
• Proficiency with project management tools (monday.com, ClickUp).
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Nice to have: knowledge of proofreading and quality control for multilingual content.

About the role

Our client is a technology company developing AI-powered platforms and solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The company manages digital content production for multinationals and SMEs, and it is growing fast.

We are looking for a Content Delivery Manager to lead its content factory for a large multinational client in the Benelux market. You will be the key link between the client and a small, dedicated team of designers and content specialists. You will own the process end to end, from the moment a brief arrives to the delivery of high-quality, localized content.

This is a client-facing role. You will manage the relationship, the deadlines and the urgencies. It is not a business development position.

What you will do

• Receive and review content adaptation and localization briefs, spotting missing information or ambiguities and making sure the client provides all materials (master creatives, brand guidelines, master copy, source files)
• Translate briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the content factory team
• Monitor progress, prioritize activities and handle urgent requests and tight deadlines
• Run a final review of localized content to ensure alignment with the brief, brand guidelines and quality standards
• Occasionally, and only if needed, contribute hands-on to content creation
• Lead and coordinate the content factory team (designer and content specialist), providing support and input when needed
• Work with copywriters on proofreading and quality checks of translated content
• Keep internal operations aligned with client expectations and company priorities

Client relationship

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates on status, milestones and potential delays
• Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction

Who the company is looking for

• Dutch native speaker, with fluent written and spoken English
• 3+ years of experience in project management, client servicing or content production, ideally in an agency environment (any type of agency; media or content backgrounds are both welcome)
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle client communication confidently, including under pressure
• Solid understanding of content workflows, especially content adaptation and localization
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. monday.com, ClickUp or similar)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Creative sensitivity and an eye for detail
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Nice to have: knowledge of proofreading and quality control for multilingual content; B2B or B2C background (both are fine)

What the company offers

• Based in Benelux, but full remote working, with no office attendance required. Occasional visits to the client's office may be needed.
• + €55K gross per year, depending on experience
