Verstraete.team in Belgium, Roeselare, seeks a dedicated Site Coordinator to lead on-site construction activities across residential and commercial projects. You will manage teams of masons, form setters and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety while coordinating materials and scheduling with the project leader and architect.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on construction sites and coordinating masons, form setters and subcontractors.
• Ability to plan, call in materials and manage subcontractor activities.
• Promotes safety culture on and off site and ensures timely execution.

Responsabilités

• Oversee erection of unique construction projects on site, including structural work and finishing.
• Coordinate team, suppliers and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Act as point of contact for architect, principal and involved parties.
• Collaborate with project leader and fellow site coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

As a site coordinator, you will spend 100% of your time on site. You will work, together with your team, on the erection of unique construction projects, including structural work and finishing of apartments, residential care centers, villas and office buildings.

You enjoy working actively with the team and additionally take responsibility for planning, calling in materials and coordinating subcontractors.

You oversee a qualitative execution within the proposed execution time and you also contribute to a safety culture on and off site.

You are the point of contact for the architect, principal and all parties involved. You are supported by the project leader and can also call upon the full team of fellow site coordinators.

You have gained relevant experience on site and are able to lead a team of masons, form setters and subcontractors on site.
