Bellona in Brussels is seeking a Communications Assistant (Intern) to manage social media channels and the organisation’s website, producing content and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

You will support event communications and internal updates, develop CRM and audience segmentation, and contribute to analytics reporting to optimize outreach. This paid internship offers practical experience in a multicultural, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in events, content creation, and internal communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage Bellona’s social media channels and website.
• Execute social media plan with community management and editorial calendar updates.
• Create content and design visuals aligned with Bellona brand guidelines.
• Upgrade knowledge of design tools (Adobe InDesign, Canva).
• Support event communications and outreach strategies.
• Assist with internal communications and CRM data management.
• Measure impact via analytics across social media and websites.
