Excelya is seeking a communications professional to create, edit and publish high-quality content across internal platforms, websites, social media and newsletters, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.

You will support corporate and project communications, maintain content calendars, ensure consistent messaging, branding, and regulatory compliance in a pharma‑regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications or digital marketing.
• Ability to produce clear, engaging content across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of branding and regulatory standards.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Create, edit and publish high-quality content across various channels (internal platforms, websites, social media, newsletters).
• Contribute to corporate and project communications, ensuring consistent messaging for employees, customers and external stakeholders.
• Design simple communication plans identifying messages, audiences, channels and timelines.
• Choose the right mix of digital and traditional channels and optimize for reach and engagement.
• Establish basic KPIs and monitor performance to improve communication effectiveness.
• Assist in preparation and execution of press, customer or internal events, including content development and logistics.
• Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly in pharma or regulated environments.
• Take ownership of content calendars, project follow-ups, stakeholder alignment and coordination.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish high-quality content across various channels (internal platforms, websites, social media, newsletters), ensuring clarity, relevance and alignment with communication objectives.
• Contribute to both corporate and project-related communications, ensuring consistency of messaging across audiences including employees, customers and external stakeholders.
• Design simple yet effective communication plans, identifying key messages, target audiences, appropriate channels and timelines.
• Choose the right mix of digital and traditional channels based on objectives and audience insights, and optimize usage for maximum reach and engagement.
• Establish basic KPIs (e.g. engagement rates, reach, click‑throughs) and monitor performance to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of press, customer or internal events, including content development, logistics coordination and follow‑up activities.
• Guarantee that all communication materials adhere to corporate branding guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly in a pharma or regulated environment.
• Take ownership of operational tasks such as content calendars, project follow‑ups, stakeholder alignment and coordination, ensuring smooth execution and relieving senior team members.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in communications or digital marketing, ideally within a regulated industry such as pharma or healthcare.
• Ability to produce clear, engaging and audience‑focused content across multiple channels.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, content management and basic performance tracking.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of branding and compliance standards.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
