Keystone Solutions is seeking a Communication & Content Technologies Architect for a consultancy mission with our client in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on site with the client (with potential hybrid flexibility depending on project needs), applying your architectural expertise to shape, evolve, and safeguard complex, transversal digital services that support both incoming and outgoing document flows across multiple business lines.

Client context and scope (to be executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant).

• The Communication & Content Technologies department provides transversal, digital services to various businesses, supporting both incoming and outgoing document flows. Responsibilities include:
  • Generating communications and documents,
  • Sending these to customers and partners, either via paper or electronically,
  • Archiving both incoming and outgoing communications,
  • Orchestrating through automated processes,
  • Testing, following up, and supporting services.

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions

In this role, you will operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded within the client's teams, working closely with business and IT stakeholders on site. You will bring Keystone's delivery standards, governance, and best practices to the client environment, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges strategy and execution. Engagements are executed under Keystone's consultancy framework, ensuring clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and high-impact knowledge transfer.

Mission Period

• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Duration: 12 months, with potential extension depending on project evolution.

Location

• Brussels centre (on-site work at the client location as a Keystone Solutions consultant; hybrid possibilities may depend on project stage and agreement).

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent speaking, reading, and writing (mandatory).
• Dutch: Speaking/Reading/Writing level 3/1 (preferable).
• French: Speaking/Reading/Writing level 3/1 (mandatory).
• Scale: 1 = Basic, 2 = Good, 3 = Fluent.

Technical Experience (mandatory)

• In-depth knowledge of modern architecture principles and patterns (DDD, API-based architectures, orchestration, BPM).
• Strong expertise in integration architectures (REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architectures).
• Proven ability to model and document architectures and processes using UML and Enterprise Architecture tools (ArchiMate is a plus).
• Experience with cloud architectures, ideally on Microsoft Azure, including an understanding of constraints and trade-offs.

Functional Experience (mandatory)

• Solid and proven experience as a Functional and/or Solution Architect in complex IT environments, with a strong track record in end-to-end solution design.
