MindCapture is offering a consultancy role on-site with a client in Belgium, focusing on commissioning leadership for a major facility. You will coordinate across facility, process and utility systems to ensure safe, timely handover to operations, with rigorous testing and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of industrial project experience with significant commissioning responsibility in regulated industries.
• Proven commissioning leadership in major facility or process line.
• Experience with installation, qualification, and performance qualification workflows.
• Strong knowledge of factory and site acceptance testing sequences and commissioning documentation.
• Understanding of interactions between HVAC, electrical, process and control systems.
• Ability to operate across multiple engineering disciplines and identify cross functional risks.
• GMP experience in regulated environments is required.
• Familiarity with nuclear licensing and radiation protection constraints is a plus.
• Comfort coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Own master commissioning sequence, system acceptance order, milestones and handover gates.
• Coordinate with project planning to integrate commissioning activities into the project schedule.
• Manage dependencies across building, utility, process and control systems and identify risks.
• Lead cross system testing and ensure tests reflect operating conditions before handover.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, equipment vendors and regulatory bodies throughout commissioning.
• Maintain the commissioning register and enforce acceptance requirements; escalate blockers to leadership.
• Document and review commissioning changes and incorporate them into ongoing activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete, traceable and supports qualification, regulatory records and maintenance systems.
• Monitor live-system activities and manage isolation controls where applicable.
• Contribute to preparation and review of factory acceptance testing protocols as required.
