ACTIEF INTERIM in Belgium is seeking a commercially oriented office professional to manage orders and quotes in a fast-paced environment.

You will process orders via phone, email or ERP system, prepare quotes, liaise with suppliers abroad and in-country, and schedule technical interventions while occasionally assisting with warehouse tasks using a forklift. A hands-on attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• No specific technical education required.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to drive a forklift.
• Ability to handle orders via phone, email, or own program.

Responsabilités

• Process orders via phone, email or own software.
• Prepare quotes and answer related questions.
• Coordinate with suppliers abroad and in Belgium.
• Schedule technical interventions and collect related information.
• Occasionally assist with receiving goods in the warehouse and prepare orders using the forklift.

De job

• orders via telefoon, email of eigen programma verwerken
• offertes opmaken en vragen omtrent hierop beantwoorden
• contacten met leveranciers in het buitenland en binnenland
• technische interventies inplannen en info hier omtrent verzamelen
• technische interventies inplannen en info hier omtrent verzamelen
• af en toe helpen goederen ontvangen in het magazijn en bestellingen klaarzetten met de heftruck

Je zal met een heel uiteenlopend gamma werken maar je hoeft niet technisch geschoold te zijn. Het is wel belangrijk dat je hands‑on bent en openstaat om te rijden met een heftruck.
