  • Drive the successful execution of strategic commercial initiatives from concept through to delivery.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks that keep programmes aligned to business priorities.
  • Manage programme timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes with a focus on measurable value.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Health & Wellbeing programmes across markets.
  • Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and client-facing initiatives to boost engagement and utilisation.
  • Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve programme effectiveness and client value.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Management, Marketing, and Product to bring new solutions to market.
  • Ensure client-facing teams have tools and insights to maximise adoption and impact.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives that strengthen client relationships.

About the Role

This is a highly visible, strategic role that sits at the heart of Cigna Healthcare's Commercial organisation. As Commercial Programme Manager, you'll play a key role in turning business strategy into meaningful outcomes for clients, customers, and the wider organisation.

You will lead the delivery of high‑impact commercial programmes, bringing together cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Operations to drive innovation, client engagement, and business growth. Initially, you'll take ownership of our Health & Wellbeing programme portfolio—helping shape how we deliver value to clients while enhancing customer experience and supporting retention.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Strategic Programme Delivery
  • Drive the successful execution of strategic commercial initiatives from concept through to delivery.
  • Establish effective governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks that ensure programmes remain aligned to business priorities.
  • Manage programme timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes while maintaining focus on delivering measurable value.
Shape and Grow Our Health & Wellbeing Proposition
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Cigna's Health & Wellbeing programmes across markets.
  • Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and client‑facing initiatives that enhance engagement and utilisation.
  • Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programme effectiveness and client value.
Support Commercial Growth and Go‑to‑Market Success
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Management, Marketing, and Product teams to bring new solutions and enhancements to market.
  • Ensure client‑facing teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and insights needed to maximise adoption and commercial impact.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.
Drive Business Performance Through Insight
  • Develop meaningful programme reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of progress and outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making through insightful analysis and stakeholder updates.
Engage and Influence Stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across a diverse range of business functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration, alignment, and decision‑making across complex matrix environments.
  • Influence outcomes and drive momentum through strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
