Absolute Jobs is seeking an experienced CNC Turner/Miller – All-round Metalworker to join a compact workshop team of around eight people in Belgium. The role blends CNC machining with assembly and construction work, with roughly 60% turning/milling and 40% welding and metal construction tasks.

You will work in a hands-on environment on custom-made parts and technical projects, collaborating closely with a small production team and using diverse metalworking skills. Dutch language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in metal construction and fabricating parts.
• Welding experience or ability to weld parts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines.
• Machine metal parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Produce custom-made parts and small production runs.

• Perform turning and milling operations as required.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensions and quality.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner/Miller – All-round Metalworker to join a small technical production team of approximately 8 people.

You will work in a compact workshop environment where custom-made metal parts, constructions and machine components are produced. This is not a mass-production position. The work is varied and combines CNC machining with practical assembly and construction work.

Approximately 60% of your time will be spent on CNC machining, mainly turning and milling. The remaining 40% will involve assembly, welding and general metal construction work together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, flexible and willing to help wherever needed within the workshop.

Important: Candidates should have previous experience in CNC turning and/or milling, a background in metal construction, and should be able to weld.Knowledge of Dutch is required.
