Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk, Belgium is seeking a CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, follow drawings, ensure quality and safe transfer to the next step. You'll work in a flexible three-shift system on site, collaborating with a production team and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology, CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Previous CNC operator experience is an advantage.
• You work accurately, follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• You communicate effectively, provide clear handovers and report issues promptly.
• You contribute ideas to reduce waiting times, inventory, setup losses and rework.
• You are willing to work in a flexible three-shift system.

Responsibilities

• You operate CNC-controlled machines following work instructions and safety procedures.
• You machine components based on drawings and product specifications.
• You inspect dimensions with measuring equipment and ensure quality before the next step.
• You handover clearly and report production issues proactively.
• You support other operations within the production line as needed.
• You contribute to continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime.
• You help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
