Tecjobz West-Vlaanderen in Pittem Belgium is seeking a CNC Draaier (CNC Turner) to join a dedicated, family-like team. You will start up, operate and set up CNC turning machines and contribute to diverse technical projects with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

The role offers a full-time contract, a two-shift schedule, and the opportunity to grow within a preparing training path; a competitive daily wage of €22.35 and extra-legal benefits including meal vouchers and group insurance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical training or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate CNC turning machines.
• Team player with a focus on quality.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate and adjust CNC lathes.
• Determine machining steps and tools for each job.
• Prepare and optimize programming for turning operations.
• Report daily results and complete production notes accurately.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain high quality and pursue continuous improvement.
