Safran Group in Brussels is seeking a Repair Operator to support LEAP engine MRO activities at Brussels Airport. You will repair and adjust engine parts, review documents, and follow safety and quality procedures in a busy international environment.

The role requires CNC experience, technical English, and basic Dutch or French with willingness for two shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm). You will join a multilingual team offering career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Secondary education in a technical field
• First experience with CNC machines
• Good knowledge of technical English and basic understanding of Dutch or French
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts (6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm)
• Teamwork in a multilingual environment

Responsabilités

• Review work documents containing materials, instructions and references
• Perform assigned tasks accurately while respecting planning
• Use PPE per HSE rules and regulations within SAESB
• Report issues, difficulties, or risks using designated tools
• Communicate activity status at end of shift
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
