Qnity, a global leader in materials and solutions for advanced electronics, seeks a Process Engineer, CMP business, based in Newark, Delaware.

You will maintain and improve process health, support manufacturing operations, lead root-cause analysis, and drive variation reduction. You will apply SPC, FMEA, PSM and MOC to ensure safe, capable, and efficient processes.

This role offers opportunities to influence production and scale-up activities across new product development and improve yield.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to drive change with operators and technicians.

Responsabilités

• Utilize SPC and FMEA to drive process stability and capability.
• Lead root-cause analysis for escalated production deviations and implement solutions.
• Apply MOC and PSM standards to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Monitor metrology and quality systems, drive yield improvements and disposition off-spec material.
• Support process development and scale-up for new product introductions.
