The Treatment Efficacy and Language Learning Lab at the University of Delaware is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to serve as a clinical research manager under the supervision of Dr. Amanda Owen Van Horne.

The successful candidate will coordinate NIH and NSF funded research, manage data, ensure open science practices, and support publication efforts. The role requires independent work and teamwork, with potential temporary remote work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Earned research doctorate in speech-language pathology, psychology, linguistics, cognitive science, or related field by hire date.
• Experience setting up workflows for cleaning and analyzing large complex datasets in R.
• Commitment to open science and broad research participation.

Responsabilités

• Support data cleaning and analysis following open science practices.
• Update and maintain study documentation.
• Prepare data for publication.
• Ensure research and clinical service is conducted ethically.
• Coordinate participant recruitment and retention; assist grant writing.
