Wellbees, uzaktan çalışmaya uygun bir Clinical Psychologist arıyor. Pozisyon freelance, appointment-based olarak sunuluyor ve iletişim uzmanlığı gerektirir. Adayların en az 2 yıl deneyimi olmalı, İngilizce akıcıdır ve Flamanca adaylar değerlendirilecektir.

Uzak konumda çalışılırken iş kaynaklı stres ve zaman yönetimi üzerinde çalışan yetişkinlerle online terapi ve kısa süreli psikoterapi uygulamaları yapılır. Güvenli, kanıta dayalı müdahaleler sunulur.

Formación

• BS degree in Psychology and MS in Clinical Psychology.
• Supervised clinical experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
• Experience in short-term psychotherapy and online therapy is a plus.
• Fluent English required; Flemish speakers considered; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with adults with work-related stress and time management issues.
• Conduct 40-minute video meetings with clients via Wellbees app.
• Provide high-quality, safe mental health and wellbeing services.
• Online counselling experience.
• Deliver comprehensive assessment and formulation for evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
• Pursue continuing professional development.
• Presentation skills and speech delivery is a plus.

Position: Clinical Psychologist

Education and skills:

• BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
• Supervised clinical experience
• Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
• All candidates must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
• Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus.
• Flemish speakers will be considered for the role. English speaking is also a requirement. Other languages are plus.
