Closed is a contemporary design brand with a European footprint, inviting you to join our Knokke store as a Client Advisor. You will deliver fashion guidance and friendly service to our customers in a vibrant, trendy setting.

As part of the team, you present collections on the sales floor, assist in achieving store targets, and handle checkout, deliveries, and inventory. Perks include product discounts and access to Urban Sports Club.

Qualifications

• Retail experience as Client Advisor in fashion
• Excellent fashion consultant with strong customer focus
• Enjoy acquiring merchandise knowledge and living the Closed brand
• Goal-oriented to achieve personal and store sales targets

• As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and you offer a high level of service and fashion advice
• Attractive presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor
• Supporting the team in achieving the store's sales targets
• Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, deliveries, inventory
• Support in merchandise management, including reordering goods and checking incoming goods

Your profile

• You have professional experience in retail as a Client Advisor in the fashion industry
• You are an excellent fashion consultant, inspiring with your customer focus and your warm and open manner
• You enjoy acquiring the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
• You are success-orientated and motivated to achieve personal and collective sales goals
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
