Closed GmbH is seeking a Client Advisor for our Knokke store to deliver high-level fashion service and expert styling advice to customers.

You will present Closed collections on the sales floor, help achieve store sales targets, and manage daily operations including checkout and stock while growing product knowledge and living the Closed brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail as a Client Advisor in fashion.
• Genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong product knowledge and fashion sense.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level fashion advice and personal styling for customers.
• Attractive presentation of Closed collections on the sales floor.
• Support the team in achieving the store's sales targets.
• Handle checkout procedures and daily store tasks.
• Assist with deliveries, stock checks and inventory management.
• Support merchandise management, including reorders and incoming goods.

• Support in merchandise management, including reordering goods and checking incoming goods

• You have professional experience in retail as a Client Advisor in the fashion industry
• You are an excellent fashion consultant, inspiring with your customer focus and your warm and open manner
• You enjoy acquiring the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
• You are success-orientated and motivated to achieve personal and collective sales goals
