Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Namur area is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site civil works and infrastructure renovation projects. You will coordinate contractors and stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, have 2–3 years of experience on construction sites, and are fluent in French with good English. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision or civil engineering project experience.
• Hands-on experience on construction sites.
• Fluent in French with good English.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supervising teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Monitor renovation works and ensure proper execution.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders on site.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and help meet deadlines.
• Report on-site progress and maintain clear communication among all parties.
