We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join Amorhy as a founding equity partner.

This is a leadership role for a marketing strategist who can blend brand building, data‑driven growth, and emotional storytelling.

You will define and execute Amorhy’s marketing vision — shaping how the world perceives, experiences, and connects with our brand.

Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Build and lead Amorhy’s brand strategy from the ground up.
  • Define the narrative, tone, and emotional positioning that make Amorhy distinctive.
  • Ensure message consistency across product, communications, and partnerships.
Growth & User Acquisition
  • Develop and test scalable acquisition channels (content, SEO, partnerships, community).
  • Design early growth experiments to increase activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with product to align growth loops with user behavior data.
Communications & Partnerships
  • Lead Amorhy’s storytelling across owned and earned media.
  • Build strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands, venues, and media outlets.
  • Represent Amorhy in events, PR, and ecosystem opportunities.
Team & Culture
  • Recruit and guide a small marketing team as the company grows.
  • Foster a creative, data‑driven, and mission‑oriented culture.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy (B2C, lifestyle, SaaS, or consumer apps).
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with proven brand‑building experience.
  • Track record of designing and executing growth strategies from early stage to traction.
  • Fluent in English; working French proficiency a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, and ownership.
  • Passion for relationships, lifestyle, or wellness‑driven products.

Compensation: Equity‑Only (Founding Partner Structure)
