Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering (or related field).
• Initial laboratory experience from academic projects, internships, apprenticeships, or work is a plus.
• Knowledge of catalytic conversion and heterogeneous catalysis is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of lignin conversion test campaigns.
• Supervise tests on the pilot unit.
• Support technical teams during experimental operations.
• Monitor operating parameters in line with HSE rules.
• Analyze experimental results and evaluate catalyst performance.
• Perform material balances and propose optimization opportunities.
• Present results and collaborate with project teams and external partners.
