Sci-Rec Belgium is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead its European Life Sciences business. The role requires strategic oversight of regulated laboratory services across pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare markets, and a track record in driving organic and acquisitive growth within multi-site operations.

Reporting to the parent organisation, the CEO will define divisional strategy, accelerate profitability and guide M&A integration while maintaining scientific integrity

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Life Sciences testing or scientific services.
• Proven ownership of a substantial P&L with revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience leading multiple businesses, sites or countries.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall strategic leadership to a portfolio of Life Sciences businesses.
• Own divisional revenue, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting and overall P&L performance.
• Develop and execute a strategy for sustainable organic and acquisitive growth.
• Lead and support Managing Directors and senior leadership teams across the portfolio.
• Drive commercial performance through stronger key-account management and business development.
