Garrincha is seeking a Center Manager to run a club as if it were your own business, leading the team and driving day-to-day operations and growth. You will manage staff, ensure top quality, and monitor KPIs while delivering an exceptional Garrincha experience.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude, comfort with evenings and weekends, and strong hospitality or leisure industry background. Dutch fluency is essential; French and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on people manager who takes ownership.
• Organised, commercially minded and outgoing.
• Able to spot opportunities, take initiative and energised by leading people and making customers happy.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, sport, events, retail or leisure is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch; French and English are a plus.

Responsabilités

• You lead your team of permanent staff, student workers and flexi-job employees, ensuring efficient staff scheduling.
• You maintain high standards of quality, tidiness, cleanliness and safety, keeping your club in top shape.
• You monitor revenue, court occupancy and other KPIs, taking action to improve performance.
• You oversee food and beverage operations, from stock management and ordering to the customer experience.
• You actively grow your community through tournaments, events and local activities.
• You identify commercial opportunities with businesses, partners and local organisations.
• You are a visible presence on the floor, know your customers and deliver the Garrincha experience.
• You roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever needed.

As Center Manager, you are the face and beating heart of your GARRINCHA club. You run it as if it were your own business, taking responsibility for its day-to-day operations and continued growth.

• You lead your team of permanent staff, student workers and flexi-job employees, ensuring efficient staff scheduling.

You are comfortable working evenings and weekends. Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, sport, events, retail or leisure is a strong asset.

You speak fluent Dutch. French and English are a plus.
