Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE seeks a dedicated cashier to join the team, ensuring accurate cash handling and a secure, professional guest experience. You will manage the cash register, count daily movements, and assist guests with transactions in a fast-paced setting.

Fluent in French, English and Dutch, you thrive in a diverse, international environment and can work variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays, while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience is an advantage.
• You have an eye for detail and like working with customers; you are very customer satisfaction-oriented.
• You are honest, discreet, and punctual.
• You like to be part of a team but can also work independently.
• You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
• You are ready to work variable hours and on weekends or bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Cash management and cash handling.
• Handle all cash transactions: sale/repurchase of tokens, profits payments, foreign currency purchases (no sale).
• Ensure organized cash register and accurate counting of daily movements.
• Identify customers per internal procedures.
• Follow casino-specific procedures and security rules.
• Provide professional service to ensure high standard guest experience.

Function:

• Cash Management;
• Handle all cash transactions: sale or repurchase of tokens, payment of profits, purchase of foreign currency (no sale);
• Guarantee the good organization of the cash register and accurate counting of daily movements;
• Customer identification according to internal procedures;
• Comply with procedures and security rules, specific to the Casino;
• Ensure a professional service to guarantee a high standard customer experience.
