A biotechnology company in Ghent is seeking a CAR‑T Operations Expert to oversee CAR‑T manufacturing, ensure compliance with cGMP standards, and manage daily production planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of operational experience in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities also include training junior colleagues and collaborating with teams to optimize processes. This role offers a 4-day working week, an attractive salary, and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience in a cGMP or ATMP environment.
• Experience with aseptic techniques in clean rooms.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality or engineering.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CAR‑T process activities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.
• Manage daily production planning and support production surveys.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize processes.
• Train and coach junior colleagues.
